Digital products

Digital products are shipped free of charge via a download link or email. The link will be provided immediately after payment is received. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

Physical products (canvas prints)

All physical products (especially canvas prints) are produced to a high standard on behalf of my partner Saal Digital and shipped directly to you.
Shipping is via DHL, UPS or an equivalent shipping service provider.

Delivery area

Shipping is currently limited to the following 27 countries:

• Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary

Please note: Delivery to Northern Ireland or Gibraltar is currently not possible.

Shipping costs

The following flat rates apply for shipping canvas prints:

• Shipping fee: €13.99 per order
  (applies regardless of the number or size of the screen)

• Free shipping for orders over 250€

Delivery time

The regular delivery time is usually:

• 3-4 working days within Germany & Austria

• 5-8 working days for the remaining countries

In individual cases (e.g. large formats or seasonally high demand) the delivery time may be slightly longer

Please note:

I start the canvas production manually on the day of your order – so I can personally check the final quality and coordinate everything for you.

Shipping service provider

Production and shipping are handled directly by Saal Digital .
You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment, if available.

Note on transport damage

Please inspect the delivery upon receipt for any obvious transport damage. If anything is damaged, please document it with photos and contact me immediately so I can arrange a replacement quickly and easily.
