    📸 Product quality:

    • Colors do not match the preview or expectation

    • Image is blurry or distorted

    • Product is damaged (e.g. scratches, dents, printing errors)

    🚚 Transport / Delivery:

    • Product arrived damaged

    • Packaging was visibly damaged

    • The delivery has not arrived yet

    3. Details & Photos

    Please describe the defect briefly but precisely and, if possible, send clear photos (e.g. of the damage or the packaging).
